Refund Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This policy explains when refunds are available for Cantoralis purchases. It is deliberately plain, and deliberately strict: Cantoralis sells immediate access to digital content, so outside your statutory rights we do not offer refunds. Your statutory rights as a consumer always come first, and nothing in this policy overrides them. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. The short version

  • Every purchase gives you immediate access to digital content.
  • Where the law gives you a withdrawal or cooling-off right, we honour it in full.
  • Beyond that, we do not refund partial subscription periods, unused time, or change of mind — cancellation stops the next renewal instead.
  • If the Service is genuinely defective and we cannot fix it, we will refund you reasonably.

2. Digital content and immediate access

All Cantoralis purchases — monthly and yearly subscriptions, and Lifetime access — are purchases of digital content delivered immediately. When you buy, your paid access begins at once; there is no shipping, no activation delay, and nothing to return.

3. Statutory withdrawal rights (EU/UK and elsewhere)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance purchase. Because Cantoralis is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that, to the extent the law permits, this affects your withdrawal right for content already supplied.

Where a statutory withdrawal, cooling-off, or refund right applies to you despite that consent — in the EU, UK, or under the consumer law of any other country — we honour it in full. Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any right you have by law.

4. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

Beyond your statutory rights, we do not offer refunds for:

  • the remainder of a billing period after you cancel;
  • unused time or unused content;
  • change of mind, accidental renewal you did not cancel in time, or forgetting to cancel.

If you do not want to be charged again, cancel before your renewal date — cancellation, not refund, is the intended way to end a subscription.

5. Lifetime purchases

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase of immediate digital access and is treated the same way: statutory rights are honoured in full, and beyond them Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

6. If something is wrong

If the Service is defective — you paid and cannot access what you paid for, or a fault on our side materially breaks your use of it — contact billing@cantoralis.com. We will work to fix the problem first; if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you reasonably for the affected period or purchase. Your statutory remedies for defective digital content remain available in any case.

7. How to request a refund

Email billing@cantoralis.com from the address on your account, with your purchase details and a short description of the issue. Once payments launch, purchases will be processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, and you will also be able to raise refund requests through Polar's buyer support; refunds granted are returned to your original payment method by Polar.

8. Questions and changes

Questions about this policy: billing@cantoralis.com, or hello@cantoralis.com for anything general. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. If we change this policy, the change applies to purchases made after it takes effect; we will post updates on this page.
